Here some key facts about me:
I am 52 years old, married, I have two children and live in a beautiful place called Pfalz, Germany. Being a connoisseur and wine lover the Pfalz is definitely the best place to be in. Having a degree in engineering with focus on Mechanical Engineering and additional course in Informatics. I am now working for more than 25 years in consulting, mostly on site with companies. To support the leaders I took on one-on-one coaching to prepare them for the change in tasks, management style and decision making.
Another often upcoming topic was the strategical course of action, in other words the basic generation of a strategic plan.
With success I was able to coach small startups as well as big companies in top management processing. Aside from these, I was part of several startups, as the founder and later on the CEO. Because of that I gained a lot of experience in the Online Business and E-Commerce as well as in market-led product creation, marketing and sales which I would like to share with you here.
My goal is to share my knowledge, experience and of course, my ultimate motivation with you and be part of your path.
